Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage the front desk, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Immigration Visa Officer Duties:
Assist clients with the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Conduct consultations to understand clients' immigration needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and regulations for various countries.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application submissions.
Maintain accurate records of all applications, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Administration, International Relations, or Business).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (immigration consultancy experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language].
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
