Job Hiring: Female Receptionist at Dentology by Dr. Haroon Shah
Location: I-8 Markaz, Vista Plaza, Islamabad (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time (First 3 months probation)
Salary: 25,000 PKR per month + 5,000 PKR for transportation (Food not provided)
Preferred Candidate: Female Only
About Us:
Dentology by Dr. Haroon Shah is a specialized dental clinic known for providing exceptional dental care with a highly professional and well-trained team. We adhere to international standards established in Dubai and are excited to expand with our third branch in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.
Our clinic caters to a diverse range of patients, with approximately 80% of our clientele coming from overseas, including countries such as the UK, USA, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Scotland. Professionalism is of utmost importance to us, and maintaining a polished image through a strict dress code is mandatory for all staff members.
Job Description:
We are seeking a female receptionist who is friendly, professional, and capable of efficiently managing our front desk. As the first and last impression of our clinic, the ideal candidate should ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and manage their entry and exit.
• Oversee patient check-in, discharge, and patient flow management.
• Coordinate room assignments and facilitate timely patient service.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager for payment processing.
• Make reminder calls to patients for upcoming appointments.
• Provide receipts and maintain an organized reception area.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Previous experience in a receptionist role.
• FSc certificate.
• Preferred:
• Candidates with a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree will be given priority.
Mandatory Language Skills:
• English: Fluent
• Urdu: Fluent
• Pashto: Entry level
• Punjabi: Mid level
