As a Female Receptionist, You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
• Warmly welcome and assist visitors and clients.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling mail, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent client relations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presents a professional image of our organization.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Location: Kareem Block, Lahore
Duty Timings: 10:30 to 6:30
Salary: 30,000
