2. Answering Phones: Handling phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls as needed.
3. Managing reservations of clients.
4. Providing Information: Offering information about the facility.
5. Addressing Complaints: Resolving guest issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
6. Administrative Tasks: Performing general office duties like filing, typing, and data entry.

Salary package will be 35K-40k.
