We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Female Receptionist and Assistant to join our dynamic team at Skin Care & Co, a leading skin clinic offering a range of dermatological treatments and services
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Greeting: Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments using clinic’s booking system, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Patient Registration: Gather and input patient information accurately into the clinic’s system. Update patient records as required.
Handling Inquiries: Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding treatments, products, pricing, and general clinic information.
Payments & Billing: Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Communication: Ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Notify practitioners of patient arrivals or delays.
Clerical Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining patient files, organizing medical records, and managing inventory of medical supplies and products.
Clinic Maintenance: Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Monitor the condition of clinic equipment and supplies.
Assist with Marketing: Support clinic’s marketing efforts, including managing social media updates, preparing promotional materials, or assisting with patient feedback surveys.
Data Entry: Ensure all patient details, treatment records, and billing information are accurately inputted and updated in the system.
