4. *Employee Relations*: Foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and promote a positive work culture.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. *Experience*: 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
