3. **Creativity and Attention to Detail:**
- Ability to think creatively and produce innovative designs that capture attention.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Open to feedback and willing to make revisions to achieve the best possible outcome.
