Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Actively promote FMCG products in supermarkets and marts, engaging customers and encouraging purchases.
Customer Interaction: Provide information about products, answer questions, and gather customer feedback to enhance brand loyalty.
In-Store Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the benefits and features of the products.
Sales Reporting: Track sales data and report on customer interactions to assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and promoting products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
