Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
o Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing timely responses.
o Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
o Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
3. Administrative Support:
o Maintain and update client records and documentation.
o Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for client-related activities.
4. Coordination and Follow-Up:
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
o Monitor project timelines and deadlines related to client matters.
5. Professional Representation:
o Represent Taxmax with professionalism and discretion in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and client management software.
• Prior experience in client coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
