Key Responsibilities:
Call customers for order confirmation and inquiries.
Track and update parcel records.
Coordinate effectively with courier companies to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery updates and concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven expertise in e-commerce marketing and customer handling.
Location: Must reside in Orangi Town, Karachi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
