**Requirements:**
- Qualification: Intermediate
- Age: Maximum 24 years old
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Assist with basic research tasks and data entry.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients or visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Intermediate qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
