Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, window and bathrooms daily, Wash windows as scheduled. and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office premises,. They will assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
Be a Honest, hardworking, polite. Housekeeping e. g. Sweeping, Moping. Taking Care of Hygiene and Cleaning of office. Serving tea etc to clients and staff.
