Description
The Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager with a variety of administrative, HR, and accounts tasks. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented female candidate who is bold, presentable, and capable of managing small HR functions, overseeing coordination activities, and providing comprehensive reporting on project-related matters.
Job Roles:
Assist the manager to coordinate project execution across the country
Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
Assist the M&E teams to conduct inspections and provide quality assurance.
Coordinate training, development programs, and employee initiatives
Assist with monitoring visits, delegation missions, and reporting
Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and assist with scheduling for Project Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience in monitoring, coordination, and project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Having a presentable personality with working in multi-cultural environment
Ability to work independently
