Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Factory Manager in our Manufacturing Unit.
The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day operations including equipment maintenance, scheduling staff, managing stock, and ensuring all machinery and facility components are running efficiently.
The role involves handling maintenance tasks, managing budgets, and maintaining Stock and Staff records.
The Candidate must have strong knowledge of Stitching Machines and Fabric Cutting procedures.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is compulsory.
Bachelor's degree in Textile, Engineering or related field.
Also Possess Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills.
The salary is negotiable and can go up to Rs100,000, depending on experience.
