Job Title: Remote Lead Generation Specialist (Work from Home)
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time/Evening Shift (7:00 PM Onwards)
Commission & Salary: Competitive Commission + Attractive Base Salary
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote lead generation team! This role is perfect for self-starters who excel in communication, have a knack for sales, and want to earn a lucrative income with flexible evening hours.
Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads for services in air duct cleaning, chimney maintenance, vent repairs, and garage door installations.
Engage potential customers via social media using provided IDS and state list.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets to earn performance-based commissions.
Requirements:
Must have reliable high-speed internet and a functional laptop/computer.
Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus).
Availability to work 7:00 PM onwards (Pakistan time), 7–8 hours per day (flexible days).
Prior experience in sales, lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
