Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled Export Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing export shipments and documents. The ideal candidate will oversee all export operations, ensure timely shipments, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage export shipments from preparation to delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs clearance
- Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, etc. )
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and laws
- Monitor shipment schedules and track delivery status
- Communicate with clients and suppliers internationally
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export management
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and email
