Position: HR & Admin Officer
Location: 69-F Johar Town, Lahore
Salary: PKR 50,000 to 65,000 per month (based on experience)
KOCHEN Pvt Ltd , a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a skilled and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
* Manage employee records and maintain up-to-date data in ERP software.
* Handle tasks related to EOBI, PESSI, Provident Fund, and other statutory benefits.
* Maintain accurate employee attendance and overtime records.
* Coordinate with employees regarding any HR-related concerns or queries.
* Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies and procedures.
* Operate and manage ERP software for employee data and HR functions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of industrial HR experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in EOBI, PESSI, Provident Fund, and employee attendance management.
* Proficiency in using ERP software for employee record-keeping and HR operations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively.
