Role Overview: Call Agent
Reach out to clients in the USA, UK, and Canada.
Introduce our services and showcase the value we bring to embroidery digitizing.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Prospects – Proactively introduce our services to potential clients.
Clear & Engaging Communication – Explain our services confidently in fluent English.
Inbound Call Management – Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed info.
Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center, focused on service sales.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, able to communicate with international clients.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch, handle objections, and close sales.
Professional Attitude: Reliable, results-oriented, and motivated.
Compensation:
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission based on performance, offering strong earning potential.
