Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Operation:
Manage daily operations of the ERP system, including data entry, updates, and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the IT team.
Generate and analyze reports to support business operations.
Customer Support:
Provide prompt and professional customer assistance via email, phone, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved cases.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align system operations with business requirements.
Support process optimization and suggest improvements for better customer experience.
