Job Description:
- As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming client calls and providing remote assistance for their IT needs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Documenting client interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and a keen interest in technology.
