Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a call reviewer for Humanatic Pay-Per-Call. As a call reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing phone calls made to our clients and providing accurate and constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
Listen to and review phone calls made to our clients
Provide accurate and constructive feedback on each call
Follow guidelines and procedures provided by the company
Meet quality and productivity targets set by the company
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent listening skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Access to a reliable internet connection
Willingness to work flexible hours
Compensation:
This is a work-from-home position paid on a per-call basis. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
