Electrical Engineer – Lifts/Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators, and Construction Hoists
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and proactive Electrical Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, and construction hoists. Positions are available for junior-level to expert-level engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Junior-Level Engineers:
Assist in routine maintenance and servicing of lifts, escalators, dumbwaiters, and construction hoists.
Support senior engineers in diagnosing and fixing minor electrical issues.
Perform periodic inspections and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
Expert-Level Engineers:
Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical systems for lifts, dumbwaiters, escalators, and construction hoists.
Supervise installation and commissioning processes for new projects.
Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and technical standards.
Collaborate with clients to address specific project or maintenance requirements.
Ensure all systems meet safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, and construction hoists.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
Junior-Level: PKR 10,000–30,000 (Based on contract)
Mid-Level to Expert-Level: PKR 40,000–100,000 (Based on contract)
