Hiring: E-commerce Calling Agent
We are looking for an energetic Calling Agent to join our E-commerce team!
Responsibilities:
Confirm customer orders via phone
Handle queries and complaints
Maintain call logs and provide excellent customer service
Track Dispatched Parcels
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer service/ call center
Strong communication skills (Urdu fluency; English is a plus)
Professional, polite, and confident on calls
Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM (6 days a week)
Salary: Fixed
Location: MA Jinnah Road, Karachi
