Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist with expertise in Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and TikTok to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon & eBay Management: Product listing, optimization, PPC campaigns, and account health monitoring.
Shopify & Etsy Store Management: Product uploads, SEO optimization, and store maintenance.
TikTok Shop & Marketing: Handling product listings, promotions, and leveraging TikTok trends for sales.
Inventory & Order Management: Ensuring stock levels are maintained across all platforms.
Customer Service: Responding to inquiries, handling returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Identifying trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
Advertising & Promotions: Managing ad campaigns, discounts, and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and TikTok.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze data and optimize sales performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management and customer service best practices.
