Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Shopify Store Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement of store performance.
Responsibilities:
-Order Management:
-Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
-Monitor order status, resolve any shipping issues, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
-Manage returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively.
-Implement strategies to minimize order cancellations and returns.
Customer Service:
-Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone) and social media.
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
-Manage customer reviews and feedback effectively.
Store Optimization:
-Analyze store performance data (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and identify areas for improvement.
-Ensure the store is optimized for search engines (SEO) and mobile devices.
Inventory Management:
-Maintain accurate inventory levels and track stock movement.
-Forecast inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment.
-Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
Team Management:
-Delegate tasks effectively, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications:
-Experience in Shopify, WordPress, Daraz or other online platforms.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
-Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement is a plus.
