We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Operations Associate to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our online store. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities:
Stock Management and Data Entry: Maintain accurate stock records by updating product information, quantities, and availability in our Ecommerce database. Ensure timely and precise data entry to facilitate efficient order processing.
Order Packing and Dispatch: Prepare customer orders for shipment with the utmost care, ensuring accurate items are selected, packaged securely, and dispatched promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, identify low-stock items, and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure product availability. Assist in conducting regular stock checks and audits.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on products before packing to guarantee they meet our standards. Address any discrepancies or quality issues appropriately.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with ecommerce platforms
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet order processing deadlines.
Physical stamina to handle packing and lifting of packages, as required.
Prior experience in ecommerce operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per Month
Location: Saima Arabian Villas, Block-H, R-308, near 4K Chowrangi, near Makka Hotel, Karachi.
