We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to lead our online sales strategy, optimize customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview:
The Ecommerce Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing ecommerce platforms, social media advertising, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s ecommerce sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
• Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and visuals are engaging and updated.
• Design and implement social media advertising campaigns (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) that drive traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales trends, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI of advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling promotions and online content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine and adapt ecommerce strategies.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize product pages and advertising strategies.
• Manage budgets related to online advertising and promotions.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and coordinate their introduction on the ecommerce platform.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce sales management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in social media advertising and online sales strategies.
• Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (e. g. , Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, social media ad managers, and CRM software.
Preferred:
