Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Expert based in Multan with in-depth knowledge of Amazon Listing Management, Product Variations, Catalogue Management, and expertise in marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, and Etsy. This role requires proficiency in optimizing product listings, opening cases with support, and creating high-quality product variations across different e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listing Expert:
Expertise in creating and optimizing product listings for Amazon, ensuring they are SEO-friendly, informative, and conversion-driven.
Experience in creating product variations (size, color, design, etc. ) to enhance visibility and sales potential.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with Amazon's listing process or account management.
Catalogue Management:
Manage and optimize product catalogs across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy).
Ensure consistency and accuracy of product details, images, prices, and descriptions across all platforms.
Proficient in bulk uploading, updating, and managing product listings through spreadsheets, APIs, or direct platform interfaces.
Case Opening and Support:
Expertise in opening cases and handling communication with platform support teams (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy) to resolve issues promptly.
Platform-Specific Expertise:
Proficiency in managing product catalogs and listings on Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, including understanding their unique listing rules, SEO, and optimization tactics.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor the performance of listings on all platforms and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Customer Communication & Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Amazon listings, catalog, and variation creation.
Expertise in e-commerce platforms including Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.
Must be based in Multan or nearby locations.
Strong understanding of SEO, product optimization, and analytics.
Ability to work independently and in a results-driven environment.
Knowledge of handling support cases with different platforms.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, platform support, and customers.
Compensation:
This is a percentage-based position, not salary-based. Your compensation will be tied to the performance and sales of the listings you manage. We offer competitive percentage rates based on your contributions and results.
