Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and responsible Female/Male Doctor of Physiotherapy to join our aesthetics clinic. As a key member of our team, you'll assist our aesthetic physician in various procedures and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Assist aesthetic physician in aesthetics and weight loss procedures
2. Floor Manager: Supervise and coordinate clinic staff
3. Liaise between staff, doctor, and owner
4. Lead change and improvement initiatives
5. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for:
- Patient handling
- Employee management
- Procedures
*Requirements:*
- Female Doctor of Physiotherapy degree
- 2+ years of experience in aesthetics or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
