Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our night shift team. As a CSR, you will play a key role in connecting potential customers in the United States with the medical equipment they need. By delivering exceptional service, you’ll ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to U. S. -based customers using a structured script.
Present the benefits of medical equipment, such as braces, with empathy and professionalism.
Address customer questions and handle objections confidently and effectively.
Accurately record customer information in the system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Requirements
Experience in DME sales or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
