Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
o Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
o Manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and ensure brand consistency in tone and messaging.
2. Leads Generation & Conversion:
o Create and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
o Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and nurture customer relationships.
3. Paid Ad Campaigns:
o Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
o Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
4. Analytics & Insights:
o Utilize tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and platform analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
o Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
