Salary :
15,000 (fixed) for first 3-4 months (on probation) then it will be increased according to skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring their comfort and understanding of the procedure.
2. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
3. Assist dentists during procedures, including passing instruments and handling materials.
4. Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.
5. Record and maintain accurate patient information and treatment notes.
6. Manage appointments, schedule follow-ups, and maintain an organized workflow.
7. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or certification in dental assisting (preferred).
2. Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Basic computer skills for patient records and scheduling.
