The Rider will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent time management skills, and the ability to navigate efficiently through various routes. The Rider will represent our brand by ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Deliveries: Deliver packages, food, or products to customers within the specified time frame.
Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to reach destinations quickly while considering road and traffic conditions.
Order Accuracy: Ensure all items are accurate and complete before delivery.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service by being friendly, courteous, and professional during interactions with customers.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic rules and company safety regulations while riding.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle (e. g. , motorcycle, bicycle) to ensure it is in safe working condition.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, distance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License for motorcycle or relevant category (if applicable).
Proven Experience as a delivery rider or similar position is preferred.
Good Knowledge of Local Routes and traffic conditions in the area.
Physical Fitness and stamina for extended periods on the road.
Customer Service Skills to effectively communicate and interact with customers.
