Training 16/07/24 – 8 am-6 pm.
Shift pattern - 8 am- 6 pm with a paid 1-hour break
Monday to Saturday – Sundays off.

Salary
The salary will be starting at 45000-50000 per month + bonus. Depending on experience.

Job Title: Data Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our organization's data assets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, database systems, and data governance practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in verbal and written English plus fast typing is essential.
Data Management Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
* Enforce data standards and guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
* Monitor and optimize database performance.
* Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support
* Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls and encryption.
* Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target systems.
* Integrate data from disparate systems to create a unified view.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency during integration processes.
* Prepare and analyze data
* Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations. As job will enquire individuals to complete targets.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field / Certifications in data management or equivalent qualifications
* Proven experience in data administration
* Strong knowledge of database systems (e. g. , CRM Software).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a fast typer—35 to 40 wps speed—are essential.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in verbal and written English
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.
