International company requires a customer support/admin assistant to help with various tasks within the company.
Duties includes
1. Coordinating with staff members to track progress on various tasks
2. Answering client queries on phone/whatsapp/social media
3. Invoicing and billing and keeping track of sales
4. Composing emails and coordinating with supppliers on phone and emails
Fluent english and working knowledge of microsoft word/excel/outlook is essential for this role.
Hard worker, trust worthy and dedicated individual is required.
