Job Details:
Location: Jhelum, Pakistan ( On Site Job)
Salary Range: PKR 35,000 to 90,000 (bonuses+ uncapped commissions+ Increment)
Your Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling: Take inbound calls from customers inquiring about tickets for events, travel, and other services we offer.
Ticketing Support: Provide accurate information about ticket availability, pricing, booking procedures, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
Customer Assistance: Resolve customer concerns, guide them through the booking process, and assist with any issues related to their ticketing experience.
High-Quality Service: Deliver excellent customer service by staying patient, professional, and friendly during all interactions.
Problem Solving: Handle any special requests, complaints, or issues related to tickets and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Meeting Targets: Consistently meet performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution time.
