Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer complaints. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customers’ issues are resolved to satisfaction within the established timeframes. Assist customers with billing, account management, and inquiries related to company products and services. Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate. Follow scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent customer service quality. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a higher level of education). Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with computers and basic software applications (CRM software, MS Office, etc. ). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a call center.
