Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Car Accidental Insurance Campaign)

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 PKR + Commission
Job Summary:
TresTech Global is looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team for a special campaign focused on car accident insurance. The role primarily involves calling potential customers, explaining the benefits of our insurance solutions, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a knack for building customer trust. If you enjoy engaging with customers and have experience in sales or customer support, we'd love to meet you!
Job Timings:
7:00PM to 2:00AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain our car accident insurance campaign
Build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate information regarding our insurance offerings
Address any customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
Generate qualified leads by identifying interested customers and forwarding their information to the sales team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support, telemarketing, or lead generation (experience in insurance sales is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle objections and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer applications
A positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive mindset
Qualifications:
