Timings: 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution. • Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product offerings. • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or help desk environment. • Strong communication skills – verbal and written in US English. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Proficient in using customer support software and technology, MS Excel. • Empathetic, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure. • Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
