Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, selling and promoting products or services, and driving sales results. Your role will involve engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Working Hours:
• Day Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (UK Time Zone)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (USA Time Zone)
• This is a full-time on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make calls to potential and existing customers in both the USA and UK, with the goal of promoting and selling products/services.
• Engage customers, identify their needs, and effectively present tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for conversions and revenue generation.
• Persuasively handle objections and close sales through effective communication and negotiation.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain consistent communication and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to share strategies, improve sales techniques, and achieve department goals.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in call center sales role or similar customer-facing sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment, preferably with a focus on outbound sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales and customer service targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Positive attitude, a strong drive to succeed, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
