Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring smooth and memorable client interactions. Your role involves building strong relationships, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Act as a problem solver, troubleshoot challenges and offer solutions
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve the customer journey.
• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written and spoken English, with clear Urdu spoken.
• Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service.
• Intermediate education – knowledge of customer service practices or prior experience in customer-care roles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
