Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction and Support Answering Inquiries: Responding to queries about courses, schedules, fees, and other services. Guidance and Recommendations: Helping customers choose appropriate training programs based on their needs and skill levels. Handling Complaints: Addressing customer grievances promptly and professionally. 2. Course Administration Registration Management: Assisting with course sign-ups, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining records. Scheduling: Coordinating with trainers and participants to finalize training schedules. Updates and Notifications: Informing customers about changes in course schedules, new offerings, or special events. 3. Operational Support Maintaining CRM Tools: Recording customer interactions and feedback in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Coordination: Liaising between trainers, students, and management to ensure smooth training sessions. Resource Management: Ensuring training materials, software, and infrastructure are available and functional. 4. Marketing and Promotion Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggesting additional courses or certifications to customers. Event Promotion: Assisting in promoting workshops, webinars, or new programs via email, phone, or social media. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback to improve services and gauge customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting and Analysis Performance Metrics: Monitoring and reporting on enrollment numbers, customer queries, and resolution times. Customer Feedback Analysis: Identifying trends and suggesting improvements based on feedback. 6. Soft Skills and Professionalism Building Rapport: Establishing trust and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Problem-Solving: Quickly resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
