Responsibilities:
Proficiency & fluency in English language.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat & call providing accurate and helpful information in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, working to find effective solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience by identifying trends in customer feedback and proposing improvements to relevant processes.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance our customer service experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Eligibility criteria:
Proficiency & fluency in English language with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues.
Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer service experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a bonus.
Should know about how the freelancing platform specially fivers works and deal with the client accordingly.
Salary: Starting at 50,000 /Month (Depending on the Experience).
