Roles and Responsibilities:
• Respond to customers to confirm and verify order details.
• Ensure accuracy in customer information, order specifications, and delivery instructions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a helpful, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Provide support on general questions related to products, orders, and shipping information.
• Document and update customer interactions and status notes in the order system.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats effectively.
• Minimum Education - INTERMEDIATE
