This hybrid role requires expertise in handling customer inquiries and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Duties:
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
Confirm orders and provide order status updates to customers.
Address complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Guide customers in choosing products and build lasting relationships.
Meta Ads Specialist Duties:
Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Conduct audience research to design targeted ad campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Align advertising strategies with business goals and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of men’s fashion or willingness to learn.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
Ability to multitask and manage both customer support and advertising effectively.
