We are a high order volume E-Commerce Warehouse requiring services of a young, dedicated and hard working individual For Customer Services Department
Qualification = F. A / FSc / BA / B. Com
Starting Salary = 30,000/- + Attendence Bonus + Paid Overtime
Working Days = Monday to Saturday (Routine Time 9:00am to 6:00pm) - Ramazan Timing (8:00am to 5:00pm)
* Verifying Customer Orders
* Resolving Customer Complains
* Correspond with Courier Partners
* Must be polite and humble in dealing with customer
* Experienced Person in dealing with Courier Company and Customer Services will be Preferred
* Be Able to Read & Write English
* Must have good Typing Speed & Computer Use
* Be able to do Overtime when required (Overtime will be paid)
* Be Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Must Adhere Office Timing
* Hardworking & Dedicated
