Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at TransTech Dispatch. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Provide information about products, services, and account details.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Upsell products/services when appropriate.
Escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals and KPIs.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
