Job Description:
We need a dedicated person to manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth customer communication for our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Confirmation: Call customers to confirm details of website orders.
Parcel Packing: Safely pack daily parcels for dispatch.
Courier Follow-Up: Track shipments via phone calls to courier companies to avoid delays.
Delivery Success: Aim to achieve 80-90% on-time delivery rate.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Urdu & basic English (for calls/emails).
Skills: Organized, punctual, and good with basic computer tasks (Excel, emails).
Education: Minimum Matriculation.
Experience: 6 Months
Timings:
Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 20,000 Month (Based on Skills).
