We are a well-established UK-based company providing Airport Parking Services since 2005. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and are now seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our Driver Response Team at our Lahore office.
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills to handle customer inquiries and coordinate operations effectively. This is not a call center role; you will be working directly for our in-house operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination: Handle inbound calls from customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with our UK operations teams to streamline processes and deliver top-notch service.
Service Excellence: Ensure clear communication and coordination to provide the best possible experience for customers.
Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or a similar role.
Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Details:
Shifts Available:
Morning Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
Night Shift: 12 PM to 9 AM
Shifts are rotational.
Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational off days).
Location: Firdous Market, Lahore.
