**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide detailed product/service information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
-Must be good and fluent in English speaking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Timing 5pm to 2am (Evening shift)
Shift timings can also be changed with the nature of the working region.
